It is great news that city officials and their development partners opened a 100
percent affordable housing development in Edgemere. But what exactly do they mean by "affordable."
Your report notes that of the 127 apartments in Edgemere, more than 50 are for low-income residents making less than $50,000 year, but there is no mention of rental rates for those tenants.
