Now he has a white car. Idling at bus stops, johnny pumps, or parked by eddies barbershop. (74-25 metro) Driving up and down Metropolitan Avenue, etc.

5'10'' white male, about 60 years old, black hat, black shirt, black pants, black socks, and black shoes.

He has been thrown out of the candy store, the nail salon and now eddie barbershop. Businesses losing customers because of a nuisance to everyone. And he has been here for over a year already.

Known as Bobby Black.

Middle Village would throw a parade to get rid of him from the area.

Can anyone help please!
