U.S. presidential candidate Clinton participates in a discussion in New Hampshire Technical Institute classroom while campaigning for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination in Concord(Reuters) - The Clinton Foundation's acting chief executive admitted on Sunday that the charity had made mistakes on how it listed government donors on its tax returns and said it was working to make sure it does not happen in the future. The non-profit foundation and its list of donors have been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks. Republican critics say the foundation makes Hillary Clinton, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, vulnerable to undue influence. After a Reuters review found errors in how the foundation reported government donors on its taxes, the charity said last week it would refile at least five annual tax returns.

A demonstrator confronts police near Camden Yards during a protest against the death in police custody of Freddie Gray in BaltimoreBy Shannon Stapleton BALTIMORE (Reuters) - Mourners gathered at a Baltimore funeral home on Sunday to remember a 25-year-old black man who died a week ago while in police custody, an unexplained death that has brought thousands to the city's downtown to protest police violence. The wake for Freddie Gray on Sunday afternoon came the day after the largest demonstration yet since he died on April 19 and two weeks after a foot chase with patrol officers, his eventual arrest and his ride in a police transport van. Anthony Batts, the city's police commissioner, said on Friday that officers who detained Gray failed to give him timely medical attention for a spinal injury he suffered while in custody. The head of the Baltimore police union called that assertion premature and said it was apparently "politically driven." Gray is one of a growing number of black men who have died under questionable circumstances during police encounters in recent months.

Britain believes "several hundred" of its nationals are in Nepal and that some were "almost certainly" caught up in the country's earthquake, but it has no reports yet of any Britons killed or injured, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said on Sunday. "British Embassy staff are on the ground and have provided practical help to around 200 British nationals," Hammond said in a statement. "Teams of consular staff have also been out scouring hospitals, hotels and areas popular with tourists looking for British nationals who may need assistance." Damage to communications infrastructure was making it difficult to contact people who may have been trekking in remote areas, Hammond said. "There are several hundred British nationals in Nepal at this time of year and we expect that almost certainly some will have been caught up in the earthquakes.
