Legal Implications of the Vehicle Crash in Queens

An accident investigation would determine whether any party was negligent and therefore responsible for causing the accident. What are the possibilities? Did the Lexus SUV driver pull over when hearing the fire truck siren and seeing the flashing lights? Was the fire truck driver reckless when crashing into the SUV?Certainly the Mercedes SUV might have a case if anyone in that vehicle was seriously injured. A neighbor reported that the Mercedes rolled over onto its side and a number of its windows were smashed. If manufacturing defects led to the rollover, the injured party in the Mercedes SUV could hold the manufacturer accountable for damages.
