THIS WAS SENT TO THE WHITE HOUSE TODAY, TO PRESIDENT OBAMA.

For whatever reasons, I have been accurate for the past 10 years when it comes to Earthquakes. I am not a Rocket Scientist, just an every day person. However, the correlation of Nuclear Testing Underground always is followed by an Earthquake within 3-5 weeks thereafter. It has been this way for at least a decade and maybe longer.

Recently North Korea exploded underground a nuclear test and immediately I knew that within 4 weeks approximately there would be an Earthquake in around Japan afterwards. And today, Feb.25, 2013 there was an Earthquake in Japan.

KNOWING THIS, IF WE COULD MAKE LIABLE THE COUNTRIES WHO EXECUTE SUCH TESTS UNDERGROUND, THEN WHY CAN'T WE HOLD THEM LIABLE FOR DAMAGES AFFECTING NEARBY COUNTRIES WHEN AN EARTHQUAKE HAPPENS FROM THE DIRECT RESULT OF A NUCLEAR BLAST?

THINK ABOUT THIS.

DAMAGES, TSUNAMI'S ETC. AS IF ONE POINTS A GUN AND SHOOTS SOMEONE.

ACCOUNTABILITY MUST FOLLOW!

SOMETIMES A PATTERN OF SEVERAL EARTHQUAKES FOLLOW AND A TSUNAMI.

SEE YOURSELF. A LIST OF THREE NUCLEAR EXPLOSIONS BY NORTH KOREA, AND SEE HOW MANY EARTHQUAKES FOLLOWED EACH TIME.

A FOURTH GRADER COULD FIGURE THIS ONE OUT!

UPDATE APRIL 22, 2013 EARTHQUAKES...

On 12 February 2013, North Korean state media announced it had conducted an underground nuclear test, its third in seven years.

LOOK AT MY CORRELATIONAL STUDY:

March 27, 2013 02:03 Taiwan Region

see 2013 Nantou earthquake 23.840 121.135 1 6.0 Mw (USGS) Centred 48km WSW from Hualien, Taiwan, at a depth of 20.7km. [122]

April 6, 2013 04:42 Papua, Indonesia −3.526 138.466 0 7.0 Mw (USGS) Centred 238km east of Enarotali, Indonesia, at a depth of 68km. [123]

April 20, 2013 00:02 Western Sichuan, China

I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN THE FIELD OF EARTHQUAKES, HOWEVER I STUDIED AND MAJORED IN STATISTICS. NOW LOOK AT A CHART JUST IN THE PAST 48 HOURS, REGARDING EARTHQUAKES.

It is obvious to me for decades that when there is underground testing of a nuclear bomb, the sequence of chain reaction events occur with regards to Earthquakes!
