As I approach my 33rd. Year in Business this September, I am reflecting at this time, and you may agree or even laugh a little.

Over the years I have seen quite a bit, since 1979. One families Homes at $69,000, two families at $89,000 dollars. Low rates and 17.5% Mortgage rates. But a few things seem to keep on keeping on. Which is, many sales agents in general collect customers like stamps. Only the few good agents really work their clients the right way. The others take a call, forget to ask clients name & number, or just scribble it on a piece of paper to add to the hundreds of pieces of paper all over their desks.

Here is another keep on keeping on.

Why do people in a Community make their sole judgement on listing their home with a Realtor

who has been around for years, has signs all over the place, but has agents compalining out loud they do not get calls because the Homes they have are overpriced to begin with.

Think about it. Right now, homes are down, 15 yr. mtgs. are at 3.25% and people are buying homes in our Community and surrounding Communties. So when you see 12 -25 signs, you should ask yourself why? 

THIS IS A HOT MARKET RIGHT NOW. THE PERFECT WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR BOTH SELLERS & BUYERS. INFLATION IS ON ITS WAY WITHIN 2-3 YEARS 'BIG TIME'

NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE YOUR MOVE WHILE BUYERS CAN EASILY AFFORD THE LOW PAYMENTS.

*2012 TO DATE, I HAVE NOT USED ONE SIGN OR MLS TO SELL A HOME!

AND MY SALES ARE WITHIN 2-6 WEEKS FROM LISTING THEM WITH ME.

KEY IS 'PRICING' IT RIGHT NOT COLLECTING LISTINGS TO SHOW OTHER HOMEOWNERS YOU GET THE MOST LISTINGS. (FOOLISH)

LASTLY, AS A HOMEOWNER, YOU ARE CONDUCTING AN INTERVIEW. YOU SHOULD CHECK A BACKGROUND AS YOU WOULD A TENANT RENTING YOUR APARTMENT.

AND IF YOU BELIEVE A NAME IS IMPORTANT, THEN   'GOOGLE'    IT.
