A PARADE OF TENANTS THAT YOU HAVE NEVER MET, NOT KNOWING THEIR BACKGROUND RECORD WITH FORMER LANDLORDS, THEIR RENT PAYMENT HISTORY, IS A PATH TO DISASTER!
