How many written appraisals have you completed?
DO YOU PRE-QUALIFY EVERY CLIENT BEFORE YOU SHOW THE HOUSE?
It only takes one agent who has the experience to list your home and sell it themselves. Why be tied up in a six month exclusive and pay a higher commission besides.
- questions-Does an Agent you call to possibly rent your store know the rental per square foot in your area?
Do they charge you 8% per year of the first 3 years rent, or collect the commission from the tenant?
Does the agent know how to appraise your building? Does he or she know what buyers are paying these past 6 months using a Multiple system? Many do not know the formula of this.
-Ask the agent you call how many they have sold in a 12 month period? Do they know how to appraise your building and know what formula buyers are currently using regarding multiples times income?
